Ballymahon Vocational School opened its doors to pupils in the early 1960’s. The School continues to move with the changing times as is proven by the success of its students. The School has begun a modern renovation which was completed during the 2017-2018 school year and features state of the art facilities throughout the school including computer technology and wireless enabled digital projectors
The Teachers at Ballymahon Vocational School are dedicated to making this School the number one second level educational facility in the wider area, and to ensure that we do not get stuck in the past, but look around us in the present to teach to today’s needs.
To create and maintain a caring and efficient learning environment founded on trust and co-operation, so that, to the best of our ability, we can prepare our students for their examinations, and enable them to reach their full potential as individuals and citizens.
